Well it's clear that I have not been keeping up with this so called blog I have. Part of it is due to busyness and another is because I have had no time or energy to take interesting photos and the ones above are just plain and boring. Except for the ones at the top. The pictures are still boring but the event they're documenting was fun. They were from a gallery opening which ended up being really fun and we got to talk to one of the artists. John bought one of the framed skulls.
Basically my life is boring and just consists of school. I'm excited tho because today I had some free time since I haven't gotten my weekend drawing assignment yet so I went to buy some clothes and I love the ones I bought. I found a black pleated skirt and some burgundy corduroy shorts and a pretty white shear blouse (because lately EVERYTHING i buy is sheer or semi-sheer). and then I walked to whole foods and spent an hour and a half wandering trying to find some cheap goodies and nibble on samples :)
Tomorrow I'm going home and cannot wait because It will be just a relaxing weekend at home without working. I also am going to work on my 2D project (which is a photography project) that is to capture time and motion. I'm going to document the life of the pumpkin. I will post the photos on here once they're all set.

The artists from the above photos are Ron Copeland and Matthew Ryan Sharp. Everyone should check them out.

Also yesterday Mark Wagner gave a lecture my Art Survey class. GO LOOK AT HIS WORK! it is so awesome and he was a very cool guy!

I will promise to be back sooner than I have been!! (no one is probably even reading this and has probably just assumed that I went bye-bye)

  1. I love how you play with the sun in your photos, it gives it a more 3D effect...but almost still surreal. If that makes any sense...

  2. Love picture no. three. Looks like they've captured monsters in jars!
